INGREDIENTS: (for 2)

  • 1 cup Vanilla Macadamia Nut Milk
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Avocado 
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 Charcoal Pill 
  • 2 tsp Spirulina 
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Coconut, shredded
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients except the pill to a blender. Blend until creamy. Carefully pop open the charcoal pill and dump in the contents. Pulse until the black powder is incorporated into the rest of the liquid.

For a thicker, creamier texture, I like to freeze bananas and avocado meat in advance.
