EZ Avo Toast

How many ways can you make avocado toast?  This questing is as daunting as 'how many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?!' but, of course, with much healthier (tastier!) scientific experimentation. 

Here's the version I'm currently digging. 

Ingredients:

+ 2 slices Bread ( I use Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free )
+ 1/2 Avocado
+ Pinch Sea Salt
+ Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
+ Squeeze Lemon Juice
+ 1 tbsp (ish) Cilantro, chopped

How to:

While your bread is toasting, prepare your avocado. In a small bowl, smash together all ingredients (other than bread).  Scoop onto your toast .

I enjoy this with eggs and microgreens.
