Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Sprouted Quick Oats

  • 1 cup Dates, pitted & soaked in hot water

  • 1 Ripe Banana

  • 1/4 cup Coconut, Shreds (unsweetened)

  • 1/8 cup Almond Butter

  • 1/4 cup Almond or Coconut Milk

  • 1/2 tsp Flakey Salt

  • Cinnamon

  • *Optional - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips!

How To:

Drain the dates and place in a food processor. Process until the dates are chunky and broken down, but not quite a paste. Add in all other ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and pulse until well combined. Preheat oven to 325. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use clean hands to form the mix into little patties and bake for ~12 minutes. Enjoy!
