Balsamic Beet Salad

Balsamic Beet Salad

This simple salad is loaded with antioxidants and healthful fats gets a big flavor boost from Made In Nature’s Nuts Over Fruit Maple Balsamic Mix.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Mixed Greens

  • 1 Salmon Filet

  • 1 cup of chopped Beets, steamed or roasted

  • 1 Zucchini, sliced

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp French Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup Goat Cheese, crumbled

  • 1/3 cup Maple Balsamic Fruit & Nut Mix

How To:

Sauté the salmon and zucchini in the olive oil until the zucchini are golden and salmon is cooked to desired doneness. Toss together all the ingredients. Enjoy!

If you need a heartier meal, add in some pasta, rice or quinoa.
