I’ve made a version of this in the past… but one isn’t enough when it comes to cookie dough! Am I right!? Yes. Its my favorite absolute treat. I remember back in 5th grade my bestie and I would consume spoonfuls of cookie dough while giggling over Teen Beat JTT photos so along with loving the taste and texture of cookie dough, there’s a total sense of nostalgia.

Let me be clear, cookie dough is cookie dough. I don’t care if its paleo, gluten free, or whatever. But it is also delicious and treats are fine to fit in here and there. This version is classic edible cookie dough with a little boost of nutrition.

  • 1 cup gluten free Flour

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 stick Organic Butter, softened

  • 1 scoop Whey Protein

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 3 tbsp almond milk

  • 1 tbsp Maca

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips, mini semi sweet

How to:

Mix the butter and sugar together. Add the milk and vanilla. Mix in the flour, maca and protein. Once a nice dough forms, add in the chocolate chips.

Wrap and chill for ~30 minutes.

Eat in ‘moderation’ & follow up with a salad.
