Sometimes after a long, hot workout, all I crave is a thick, creamy recovery shake. For these rides, a simple whey + energy mix + water will not satisfy my body’s needs. This recipe covers the basics of refueling, nourishing and promoting recovery, but also for satisfying, nourishing and putting a smile on your face.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

  • 1 cup Almond Milk (I use Elmhurst)

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1 Packet Four Sigmatic Cordyceps

  • 1 serving Klean Vanilla Whey

  • Ice

Blend everything & enjoy!
