Sometimes after a long, hot workout, all I crave is a thick, creamy recovery shake. For these rides, a simple whey + energy mix + water will not satisfy my body’s needs. This recipe covers the basics of refueling, nourishing and promoting recovery, but also for satisfying, nourishing and putting a smile on your face.
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 cup Almond Milk (I use Elmhurst)
1 Frozen Banana
Pinch of Salt
1 Packet Four Sigmatic Cordyceps
1 serving Klean Vanilla Whey
Blend everything & enjoy!
