Here is a breakdown of a typical day of eating & training.
Of course, this is just a snap shot, although a pretty typical representation. Throughout this day, I drank water (La Croix) and took a variety of SWISSE vitamins. I normally choose to front load my day, consuming larger and more carb heavy meals early on however this day included eating later into the night due to the evening training. Hopefully this gives you some insight into what it takes to fuel well and train at a high level.
