It’d good to switch up your foods to match the season. You might be all about maple and pumpkin spice or rich spicy curry flavors during these chilly fall months. Either way, your plate should change to reflect the foods that are in season and foods that boost your mood.

It can be tempting to indulge in heavy foods or processed, seasonal treats, but these foods won’t help your long term goals. Opt for them when it’s something you just cannot resist (candy corn? PSL? green bean casserole?), but otherwise, stick to whole food options as much as possible.
