Iced Latte

Its practically summer… and you know what that means… iced everything!

I recently gave in to a new brand of almond milk and O-M-G! I can’t believe how delicious Califia Farms is so darn good. While in the final few miles of a bike ride in the sun, all I could think about was making an iced latte as soon as I got in the door. Lattes can basically be recovery shakes if done correctly (add protein & sugar!).

Ingredients:

1 cup Califia Farms Vanilla Almond Milk

2 scoops Vital Collagen Peptides

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

2 ounces Espresso

pinch salt & cinnamon

How to:

Pour your espresso and maple over ice. Mix the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend for ~2 minutes until super frothy. Pour the milk blend over the iced espresso. Sip with a smile.
