Kimchi Bowl

This bowl is a great thing to make when you don’t feel like really cooking don’t feel like eating a salad. It’s easy to throw together and super nourishing.

  • 1/3 brick Tofu, sliced into strips

  • 1/3 cup Kimchi

  • 1 cup Kale

  • 1/4 cup Black Rice

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seed

  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Toss the tofu in coconut oil. Place on a baking tray in the oven at 350 until crispy and golden. Remove and cut into chunks. Meanwhile, place 1’’ of water in a sauté pan with the chopped kale leaves. Sauté until just wilted and bright green. Remove from heat and drain water. Toss with sesame oil and seeds. Arrange rice, tofu, kimchi, and kale in a bowl. Serve & enjoy!
