I'm convinced you can add anything to eggs and it works. Especially when those eggs create a frittata. You can seriously put all your leftovers into the whisked up eggs, bake, and enjoy a delicious meal.

+ 5 Eggs
+ 5 Egg Whites (or just more whole eggs)
+ 1/2 cup Milk
+ 1 cup Garlic Cleveland Kraut (HERE)
+ 1/4 cup Ricotta Salata (sub feta if you must)
+ 1/2 cup Spicy Salami, diced
+ 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
+ 1/2 cup Chickpea Crumbs (HERE) or Bread Crumbs
Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly spray or oil grease a quiche or baking pan. Whisk together the eggs, whites, and milk. Stir in all other ingredients and pour the entire mixture into your prepared pan. Sprinkle the crumbs evenly(ish) over the top. Bake ~40 minutes until golden. Enjoy!
