Legs Day

I'm always trying to work new moves into my fitness routine. Recently, I started working with a personal trainer who threw some great new moves into my routine.

I do 15 of each x 3 but careful, these will make your legs BURN the next day!!  

Make these easier by doing them on a solid, firm surface with no extra weights. 

Make them harder by doing them on a soft surface (sand or bosu ball) and adding weights.
