This matcha bark is such a fun, Christmas colored treat with a boost of energizing matcha & nourishing collagen.
It takes minutes to make and even less time to devour ;)
+ 1 bag White Chocolate Chips
+ 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
+ 2 Scoops Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen
+ Optional Toppins: Unsweetened Coconut, Sea Salt, Goji Berries
Microwave the chocolate and coconut oil together. Do this in 30 second increments, stirring in between to avoid burning or seizing. When the mixture is melted and creamy, stir in the matcha collagen powder. Pour onto a foil lined flat container or baking sheet. Quickly sprinkle with toppings. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is set and firm. Break it apart and enjoy or wrap up for a fun, homemade holiday gift!
