Ingredients:

  • 2 large Heirloom Tomatoes, chunked

  • 1 cup Cherry/ Grape Tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup Turkish Apricots, sliced

  • 1/4 cup Pistachios, shelled

  • 1/2 cup fresh Basil & Parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 tsp Coconut Sugar

  • 1 tsp Aminos

  • Generous Pinch Salt

  • *Optional Ingredients - Feta & Arugula

How To:

whisk the sugar, vinegar, oil and aminos together. Toss in everything else. Stir well.
