Nuttzo Cookies

Nuttzo Cookies

Simple Baking is the Best Baking

Plain peanut butter is.. well... so plain.
Sure, its a great go to for energy density, but it lacks the super nutrient punch I go for. Enter Nuttzo, This stuff is a blend of 7 nuts + seeds which adds more nutrient diversity and  micronutrients like zinc and copper.

Ingredients: (1 serving)

+ 1/3 cup Nuttzo, original chocolate
+ 1 1/3 cup Almond Flour
+ 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
+ 2 Eggs
+ 1 tsp Baking Powder
+ 3 tbsp Maple Syrup (or brown rice syrup)
+ 3 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
+ Large Pinch Sea Salt
+ 1 tsp (more or less...) Cayenne
+ 1/2 cup Seed Mix ( sesame, sunflower, chia, hemp)

Instructions:

Heat your oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix all wet ingredients (I use a stand mixer). Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Use a cookie scoop to form even small balls of batter. These will not spread, so you can place them closely on the baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.  ENJOY!

**These are great for breakfast or to take on trips or for snacks!
