Pumpkin Spice Bites

Okay its officially autumn... so even tho the sun is still shining and it doesn't quite feel like sweater... I'm getting a jump on the pumpkin spice season.

These bites are packed with fun flavor, healthy fats and protein. The are also low carb with no added sugars! 

Added bonus, these little snacks only minutes to come together!



1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
2 scoops Klean Athlete Vanilla Whey
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
1/2 tsp Salt
Go Raw Pumpkin Seeds (garnish)

Place everything (except the pumpkin seeds) into a food processor and pulse a few times until the ingredients come together. 

Line a plate with parchment paper.

Use a small cookie scoop (or two spoons) to scoop the 'dough' into bites and place onto the plate. Scoop until all dough is used up, should make about 10 bites. 

Gently press pumpkin seeds into the top of each bite. 

Freeze for ~10 minutes until the bites firm up.
