Pumpkin Spice Freezer Fudge

It’s ALMOST fall… which means pumpkin spice is in the air, but its still too warm to be inside baking all day. Enter FREEZER FUDGE! This no-bake treat is perfect for this time of year. This recipe is enhanced with some nutritious extras like pure pumpkin and maca to give you a little health boost when indulging in this rich treat.



  • For the Bottom Layer:

    • 1/2 cup Sunflower Butter

    • 1/2 cup Coconut oil, melted

    • 1/2 cup 100% Pumpkin Puree

    • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

    • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice

    • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour

    • 1 tbsp Maca

    • 2 scoops Collagen Powder

  • Top Layer

    • 1 cup Chocolate Chips of choice (% cacao / vegan)

    • Sea Salt

How to:

Whisk together all the bottom layer ingredients. Make sure everything is smooth and completely combined. Line a brownie pan with parchment. Pour the pumpkin layer puree into the pan. Shake a bit to get it evened out. Place in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate. Pour over the frozen pumpkin layer. Sprinkle with salt. Return to the freezer for another 10 minutes. Remove, let sit for about 2 minutes before cutting or the layers will snap apart. Cut and enjoy. Keep in the freezer when not eating.
