Red Velvet Latte
This smooth, rich latte is amazing for warming the body and recharging the system. I frequently drink this before a winter workout to give my body a boost from the power of beets & sooth inflammation with antioxidant rich cacao.
Ingredients: (for 1)
1 cup Milk ( I use Elmhurst Oat Milk)
1/4 tsp Cacao powder
1 tsp BeetBoost (use code ‘BEETLORI’ for 10% off)
1 scoop Vital Protein Collagen powder
Pinch Salt
2 shots Espresso
1/2 tbsp Turbinado Sugar
How To:
Use a frothing wand to blend the salt sugar, cacao, beet, and collagen into the hot espresso. Steam or heat your milk and pour over the espresso mixture. Enjoy!
