Salmon & Kraut

Go together like PBJ... I swear! 

Try this quick sandwich out and judge for yourself.

Ingredients:

+ 4 oz Salmon (smoked, cooked, canned...)
+ 1 tbsp Mayo ( I like vegenaise)
+ Generous scoop of Cleveland Kraut Cabbage & Cukes
+ Handful Arugula
+ 2 slices Canyon Gluten Free Heritage Bread
+ Salt/Pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, kraut and salmon. Season. Scoop onto your bread (toasted if you like). Add the fresh greens and top with second slice. Enjoy!
