Anyone else have trouble sleeping?

I frequently suffer from a restless mind at night, especially when I'm in a heavy training period or have a stack of work projects to get through. So I've developed this calming, nourishing drink to sip before shutting my eyes to help me get some quality Zzzz's. 

INGREDIENTS: (For 2)

+ Generous Dash of: Cinnamon/ Cardamom/ Allspice
+ 1 dash of Pure Vanilla Extract
+ 2 cups Almond Milk
+ 1 tbsp Red Maca
+ 1 tbsp Collagen Peptides
+ 1" chunk Fresh Turmeric, chopped
+ 1" chunk Fresh Ginger, chopped
+ Pinch Sea Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a jar and place in the refrigerator overnight to infuse the milk. Next day, place the entire contents of the jar in a saucepan and simmer over low heat. Whisk well to combine all ingredients. Once warm, pour into cups and sip!
