Who doesn’t love a candy bar?!
Okay I don’t really…. but I do enjoy sipping a recovery shake that tastes good!
My smoothie intake has gone up with my running mileage. I truly enjoy getting in the door and blending a cold, creamy beverage to sip while I cool down and stretch.
1 Frozen Banana
1 cup Almond Milk
2 Dates, pitted
1 scoop Chocolate Whey (I used Klean Athlete)
How to: Pulse the dates in the blend until they form a bit of a paste. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend well. Drink!
