Keep that post workout high going with a nutritious green smoothie! 

This mix is great for calming the body after a hard effort while supplying protein, carbohydrates, magnesium, zinc, iron, and potassium.

Ingredients:

+ 1/2 cup Spinach (frozen works great)
+ 1.5 cups Milk (any)
+ 1 scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen
+ 1 serving Klean Athlete Vanilla Whey Isolate
+ 1 tbsp Go Raw sprouted pumpkin seeds
+ 1 Banana (frozen works great!)

Blend it all together until rich and creamy. Enjoy!
