Sriracha Garlic Pasta

In 2019, one of my food resolutions is to #EatMorePasta !!

Sounds to easy right? Well eating more pasta, in a healthful & nutritious way, is more of a challenge. Of course, it is one I’m super up for!!

I started with this updated version of chili garlic take-out noodles. It’s quick and simple enough to make on a busy weeknight without any junk to make you feel puffy or sluggish.



  • 1 box BANZA rotini

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots

  • 1 cup Cucumbers, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Green Onions, sliced

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos

  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste

  • Sriracha to taste

  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic

  • Sesame Seeds garnish - optional

How To:

Cook the pasta according to box. Drain and rinse. Turn the burner down to medium heat and return the pasta to the pot. Add the oils, garlic, aminos, honey, tomato paste, and sriracha. Stir to coat the pasta. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve! Happy Eating!
