Now that I'm back to running, I can enjoy the post run (which is obviously the best part). Post run is when you can lay on the floor, recovery, enjoy the accomplishment, let the flush leave your face, and replenish nutrients.  Running tends to suppress the appetite making smoothie sipping ideal for getting in post run nutrition recovery. 


If you're just taking in basic protein powder and water, you're doing it wrong. Your body NEEDS more!  That's why I love blends that bring a bit more to the mix, like this SunFood SuperGreens & Protein mix that makes everything super green and adds BCAA, fiber, iron, and b vitamins. 


  • 1 cup Elmhurst Milked Peanuts
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Dates
  • 2 tbsp SunFood SuperGreen
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Spinach
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • Pinch Sea Salt
