Swamp Sauce Bowl

Swamp Sauce Bowl

The name describes the chunky consistency and green color… but I swear, it is SO GOOD. The bowl mimics the flavors of the sauce so you get a super intense finished product without wasting any ingredients!




  • 1/2 cup cucumber

  • Handful cilantro & basil

  • 1 scallion

  • 1/2 lime, juice

  • 1 tbsp tamari

  • 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 salmon filet

  • 1 cup sprouted brown rice

  • 1/4 jalapeno, sliced

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced

  • 1 scallion, sliced

  • handful basil & cilantro, sliced

  • 1/4 (or 1/2 a tiny) avocado, sliced

  • Sprinkle everything but the bagel TJ seasoning

How To:

Blend the sauce, you might have to scrape the sides of the blender down a few times. Don’t worry if it isn’t super smooth, a little roughness is just fine!

Cook the salmon to your preference. Toss the rice with your basil, scallions, cilantro and cucumbers. Top with salmon, avocado. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
