Unicorn Smoothie

If you haven't heard, unicorn food is a thing. Mostly because its super fun to eat foods themed after a strong, beautiful, mythical creature. Also, the colorful range of hues are from superfood powders!  Basically eating unicorn food will boost your mood + body: win-win! 

This smoothie is my take on the trend. Its perfect for improving confidence (unicorns can do anything!) before a big race and the nutrition is there to back up the claim. 


+ 1 Banana, Frozen
+ 1 cup Almond Milk (freshly made is best)
+ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
+ 1 scoop Collagen Peptides
+ 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes, unsw
+ 4 Dates, pitted
+ 1/2 tsp Spirulina
+ 1/2 tsp Chlorella
+ 1/2 tsp Charcoal

Blend + Enjoy!

Toppings (optional but fun!):

+ Coconut Flakes
+ Turmeric Powder
+ Spirulina Powder
+ Beet Powder

+mix a tsp of flakes with a pinch of these powders to color, sprinkle on the smoothie!
