+1/2 cup Coconut Oil
+ 12Dates, pitted and lightly soaked in warm wate
+ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
+ 1 Ripe Banana
+ 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
+ 2 cups Oats
+ 1/2 cup Almond Flour
+ 1 tsp Salt
+ 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
+ 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
+ 1 1/2 cups Chocolate Puffed Rice Cereal
Turn oven on to 350. Line a brownie pan with parchment.
In a blender or food processor, pulse the dates, coconut oil, vanilla, salt, and banana until relatively smooth. Add to a bowl of the dry ingredients and mix well. Press into the pan. Bake for ~15-18 minutes. Remove and top with more chocolate (it will melt onto the top) and let cool. Slice into bars.
Place in the fridge to set faster.
