Ingredients: (for 1)
+ 6 -8oz full fat Icelandic or Greek Yogurt
+ 1 Bananas, sliced
+ 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
+ 1 tbsp Bee Pollen
+ 1 Clementine, segmented and chopped
+ 2 tbsp Orange Dark Chocolate, shaved
Stir the cocoa powder into the yogurt. Top with the sliced banana, orange, chocolate and bee pollen.
For a more complete meal, serve this with oats or soaked buckwheat.
