Spice up your Snack


Trail mix is perfect for active people to get nutrients throughout the day and keep calorie intake high enough to meet needs. This version pairs bold curry flavors with salty and sweet to make an addictive treat. 




+ Raw Cashews
+ Chia Seeds
+ Sweetened Coconut Flakes
+ Raw Pumpkin Seeds
+ Banana Chips
+ Golden Raisins
+ Coconut Oil
+ Curry Powder
+ Toasted Quinoa
+ Salt



Over low heat, toast the cashews until golden. Add in the coconut oil, curry powder, quinoa, and salt. Toss until well coated. Add in the remaining ingredients and give a quick toss to combine the flavors. Remove from heat. Allow to cool. Add to yogurt or package up for your snacking pleasure.

No amounts!? Eek!  But make as much as you want and use the ratios you want to use! I like a BIG curry flavor, so I use a lot of powder, but if you want a mild taste, use just a touch!
