It is best to make your own sauces, dressings, and condiments whenever possible. Store bought versions generally have many added sugars, preservatives, and other additives.
This is a dressing you can feel good about using. Adding spice will perk up healthful,
+ 1/2 cup olive oil
+ Juice of one lemon
+ 2 tbsp honey
+ 2 tbsp WARM water
+ 2 minced garlic cloves
+ 1 tbsp coarse mustard
+ 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
+ salt and pepper to taste
Combine the warm water and honey into a jar and shake to smooth the honey's viscosity. Add all ingredients to the jar. Shake until the mustard and honey are dispersed. Enjoy!
