Green juices are great for hydrating, energizing and supplying the body with nutrients. Sipping this will leave you refreshed and ready to go, not feeling sluggish or weighed down.
Keep your portions to 8oz, as we do not want to rely on drinking calories.
+ 1/2 English Cucumber
+ 1 cup Pineapple chunks, frozen
+ 4 leaves Kale, any variety
+ 1 handful Parsley
+ 2 cups Coconut Water
+ Ice Cubes
Blend all the ingredients.
I top with a few ounces of mineral water for extra hydration and trace minerals.
