+ 6 oz Icelandic Yogurt, plain
+ Zest of 1/2 Orange
+ 1 tbsp cumin seeds
+ 1 Tbsp Orange Juice
+ 1 Tbsp Honey
+ 2 Tbsp Pine Nuts
Toast the cumin seeds and pine nuts over low heat ~2 minutes until fragrant and golden. This step is VITAL! Don't skip it or you'll loose all the flavor! Remove from heat and let cool. Meanwhile, whisk the honey, orange juice and yogurt until well combined. Stir in the pine nuts, cumin seeds and zest.
Use this to top roasted vegetables or meat or even just to dip a baguette in!
