Make this whenever you're short on ingredients and need a quick, easy meal.
+ 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
+ 1 can Yellow Tomatoes
+ 1 tbsp Olive Oil
+ 2 tbsp Garlic, minsed
+ 1/4 cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
+ 1 tin Sardines, in chili oil
+ 4-6 oz Spaghetti, quinoa or brown rice
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain and set aside. Add the oil and cherry tomatoes to the pot. Cover and heat over low until the tomatoes begin to burst. Add in the garlic and can of yellow tomatoes and continue to simmer ~10 minutes. Add in the sardines and oil along with the parsley. Stir in the pasta. Serve!
Make a large batch so you have lunch the next day!
