Noodle Bowl Style

Colorful meals = taste + nutrition

Bowls of food are amazing because you can combine small amounts of colorful, healthful, energizing ingredients to make one delicious dish. 


+ 2 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
+ 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
+ 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos  
+ 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
+ 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
+  Juice of 1 Lime
+ 1/2 cup sprouts
+ 1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts, toasted/salted
+ 1 Mango, sliced
+ 1 Avocado, sliced
+ 4 oz Noodles, cooked
+ 1 Carrot, spiralized or shaved thin
+ 1/2 cup Green Cabbage, shaved thin
+ 1/4 cup Red Onion, sliced thin
+ 12oz Mahi Fillet, steamed, baked or grilled


Whisk together the rice vin, sesame oil, seeds, lime juice, and aminos together. Combine the noodles, cabbage, carrot and onion and toss with the dressing. Fill bowls with the dressed mix. Top with mahi, mango, sprouts, and nuts. Drizzle with the sweet chili sauce.
